Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to common questions about waxing, lashes, booking, and studio policies.

Arrive with clean skin. If possible, let hair grow to about a grain of rice length for best results. Avoid heavy lotions or oils the day of your appointment. If you are sensitive, you can take an over the counter pain reliever about 30 minutes before, unless your doctor says otherwise.

For the first 24 hours, avoid hot tubs, saunas, long hot showers, tanning, and heavy workouts. Skip exfoliation for 48 hours, then gently exfoliate a few times per week to help prevent ingrowns. Wear breathable clothing to reduce irritation.

Most clients come every 4 to 6 weeks. Staying consistent helps reduce discomfort over time and keeps results smoother. If you are new to waxing, a consistent schedule usually gives the best experience.

Keep lashes clean and dry for the first 24 hours. After that, gently cleanse with a lash safe cleanser, avoid oil based products around the eyes, and do not rub or pick. Fills are typically needed every 2 to 3 weeks depending on your natural shed cycle.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50 percent fee.

Walk ins may be accepted when there is availability, but booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred time. If you want to come in the same day, call or text first.
